Interesting, kindle ?not registered, returned to base

The item was well packaged and sent by UK mail courier service.

As soon as I took delivery of the item, I went to set it up. I first logged on to my wifi and then went to register the item to my amazon account, tried half a dozen times and on
Each occasion I received a message unable to register. I then tried to set up a new amazon account on the kindle and it appeared to be working and I received the same message unable to register. I phoned the store (on line purchase) and informed them of my inability to register and I have returned the item the following day, await their investigation. So annoyed as I was dying to use it!!!

bought a phone online, money was taken out my account almost immediately, received an email 3 days later saying that my money was being refunded due to the phone already being sold, very unimpressed!

It took about 2 minutes.

Never bought anything from Cash Generator before, was a little worried buying second hand goods, but quality is very good and dispatched within 2 hours after I ordered, received goods 24 hours later, took about 2 minutes using PayPal, easy.

INEPTITUDE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER

Initially, when we made the order for a bike, we were impressed by the customer service. However, since you have had our money, your customer service is extremely poor.

We ordered a bike from the Leytonstone store on Wednesday 21st May. The stiore agreed to free postage and we were impressed by the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.
On Wednesday 28th May we called the Leytonstone store to clarify when the order would be delivered. To our dismay, the bike had not been dispatched. Reason given was ridiculous, as we were told they didn't have any bubble wrap to post the bike and that the bike would be dispatched immediately and we would have the bike on Thursday 29th May.
When the bike did not arrive by mid afternoon on Thursday 29th May we called the Leytonstone Branch again and we were told it had been dispatched the day before and that any delays were now with UK Mail.
As we didnt have a consignemnt number, and we still don't, UK Mail could not trace the bike.

On Friday 30th May we called the Leytonstone Store again and were told the bike had been dispatced on May 29th and they would call right back with a consigment number.

One hour later and no phone call we called Leytonstone again onlt to be told it was disp[atched two days ago.

From any company I would find this type of customer service unacceptable but from an established company like Cash Generator it is beyond belief.

This may well be a one off from Cash Generator but I for one will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend this company to anyone.

I buy all the time from CG and most items are fine, I do get the odd item that was not as good as expected but they give a refund no probs.

It'd never occurred to me to go to Cash Generator online as the format of the store didn't strike me as one that was compatible with an online store. However, when searching for a replacement PS3 unit I can guarantee there wasn't anywhere cheaper, or anywhere with such a vast array of options. The epically low prices compared to other "used item" stores even meant I grabbed a handful of games to go with it without going outside of the budget I'd set myself.

I like that the site lets you know the location of the items you're looking to buy (had my local store had what I wanted I'm sure I could have taken advantage of this and simply popped in to save on the postage).

The response to an item I'd ordered and paid for not being in stock was brilliant (refunded before I'd even spotted what happened - so zero hassle) and I was able to re-order instantly from another store.

Delivery speeds were also amazing! All items arrived well within the 3-5 days...in fact nothing was longer than 3 days, and that was with a bank holiday weekend in the middle of the time frame!

Cheaper, quicker and more helpful than ebay

I've bought from a cashgenerator store direct before and been impressed with their prices and money-back guarantee so when I was looking for another of the same item (Shure SM58 microphone), and having watched secondhand models of dubious provenance and condition go for silly money on ebay, I thought I'd try cashgenerator's website, found a genuine SM58, unused and still boxed, for a bargain price and ordered straight away. There was a glitch with the website which meant I accidentally paid twice for the same item using Paypal; the minute I was notified I emailed the branch selling the mic and literally within two minutes got a reply saying the superfluous payment had been refunded, which sure enough it had. Postage was half what people were charging for the same thing on ebay and the item arrived the next day by courier. Brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to look for music gear etc on the website in future.

You guy's sell some great stuff and tend to have a hudge selection. I love your deals. Can't seem to find any better deals anywhere else. But you should put a better description on all the items instead of just some. Maybe elaborate a bit more as I tend to call the individual stores sometimes just to know a bit more about the item. Will definitely be shopping at cash gen again. And very soon.

We had been looking for this particular item for some time but it was always over priced. Put a search into Google and the item came up on Cash Generator at a really good price with reasonable delivery charges AND it even gave us the option to put in a "best price" offer which we did and it was accepted! Item turned up 2 days later, very well packed. All in all an excellent shopping experience and we will deffo use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

laptop came but its broken, hope it can be fixed

i brought a laptop which was apparently used but in working condition. I started up when i pressed the power button but the screen just stayed black. I don't really have a use for a laptop with no screen. currently waiting for a reply

Item arrived within a few days but unfortunately did not work returned next day at my expense had to phone store to get confirmation it had arrived then got an email a few days later to say they would try and get a replacement or they would refund me have sent an email asking for an update but as yet have had no reply . Very dissapointed

MY ITEM DID WORK AND WAS BROKEN!!

I brought a sony docking station what was £29.99 and I got it home and it didn't work, and it had holes on in the speaker and that didn't show or say in the description on their website. So I rang them up and then 1Lady said someone will come and collect but the it lady wasn't in and then I rang the next day and now I haven't to pay for posted and packing. IM NEVER BUYING WITG THESES AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVICE NO OND TO SHOP WITH THEM.
