If you believe that your content has been removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, you must provide the following:
A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice.

TrustReview has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights. If we receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices regarding the same user or account, we may suspend or permanently disable that user’s account.
TrustReview reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle copyright infringement claims.
